2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Deposit A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
• Full Payment Full payment must be made prior to the travel date as per the payment schedule provided.
• Payment Methods We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards (Visa / Amex/MasterCard)

3. Online Payment Policy

• Secure Transactions We use secure payment gateways to process online payments, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your financial information.
• Payment Authorization By providing your payment details, you authorize us to process the transaction for the specified amount.
• Payment Confirmation A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us immediately.
• Failed Payments If your payment is declined, your booking will not be confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.
• Refunds Refunds for payments made online will be processed according to our cancellation policy (see Section 4). Refunds may take up to 14 Days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Currency Conversion Payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees. Additional charges for currency conversion may apply, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following charges apply:

• 28 days prior to arrival, no cancellation
• 27 – 21 days prior to arrival, 40% of the tour cost
• 20 – 00 day prior to arrival, 75% of the tour cost
• No show, 100% of the tour cost
• Cancellation by Us In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative option.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and may be subject to administrative charges.

5. Travel Documentation

• Passports and Visas It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
• Health and Safety You must comply with health and safety regulations of the destination. Any specific requirements will be communicated prior to the tour.

6. Changes to Itineraries

• Client-Requested Changes Requests to modify bookings will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges.
• Unforeseen Changes We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Liability

• Limitations of Liability Just Travel SL (Pvt) Ltd acts as an intermediary for travel services such as accommodations, transport, and activities. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or errors by third-party providers.
• Travel Risks You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and Just Travel SL (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for injuries, loss, damage, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Compliance You must comply with local laws, regulations, and the instructions of guides or service providers during the tour.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Just Travel SL (Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written consent.

10. Privacy
