2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Deposit A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Full Payment Full payment must be made prior to the travel date as per the payment schedule provided.
Payment Methods We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards (Visa / Amex/MasterCard)

3. Online Payment Policy

Secure Transactions We use secure payment gateways to process online payments, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your financial information.
Payment Authorization By providing your payment details, you authorize us to process the transaction for the specified amount.
Payment Confirmation A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us immediately.
Failed Payments If your payment is declined, your booking will not be confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.
Refunds Refunds for payments made online will be processed according to our cancellation policy (see Section 4). Refunds may take up to 14 Days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Currency Conversion Payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees. Additional charges for currency conversion may apply, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following charges apply:

28 days prior to arrival, no cancellation
27 – 21 days prior to arrival, 40% of the tour cost
20 – 00 day prior to arrival, 75% of the tour cost
No show, 100% of the tour cost
Cancellation by Us In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative option.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and may be subject to administrative charges.

Limitations of Liability Just Travel SL (Pvt) Ltd acts as an intermediary for travel services such as accommodations, transport, and activities. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or errors by third-party providers.
Travel Risks You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and Just Travel SL (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for injuries, loss, damage, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
